RULES (Ontario Licence # 1311347)

TICKET COSTS: 100 tickets for $ 50.00 or 20 tickets for $ 20.00 - Purchase link at bottom of page.

Draw starts on April 3, 2023 and sales end April 30, 2023 11:59 pm.

  1. Tickets are only sold to people who are 18 years of age or older and in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

  2. Tickets will be available online for the duration of the raffle licence.

  3. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.

  4. After buying, purchasers will be given by the sellers email, a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as number are generated randomly.

  5. The winning ticket will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for each specific (monthly) draw.

  6. The amount of the 50/50 will be available online.

  7. The winning number will be announced online and on all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter.

  8. The winner must provide his/her name, address and telephone number with picture identification for the report sheet and send to 5050@ontcurl.com or call 905-831-1757. All payments are made by cheque.

  9. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at a minimum 50% of total gross sales for that campaign. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

  10. The winning ticket holder has six (6) months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

  11. If no winner comes forward the number will be announced repeatedly on our social media platforms, and posted to this website. Every effort will also be made to contact the winner by phone and email.

  12. During subsequent raffles, the number will be posted on this website.

  13. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a secure location and held for six (6) months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than CurlON, with the approval of the AGCO.

  14. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws: CurlON employees and their family members at same residence
